I've been bugging my mums to bake something for me for the past few weeks! we just got a mini oven, we wanted a toaster but we didn't see properly when we purchased it. haha so we got an oven instead -.-

anyways, I've never baked in my life! I've seen people bake, I've seen Elyza bake, I've seen Jamie Oliver bake! he made it look so simple and delicious! & that is why I've been bugging me mums to teach me to bake.

on Sunday after breakfast, we went to get everything we need for baking. it was a fun, exciting process for me -the buying stuff part. the baking part, not so much!!

I'm not nearly a rookie, and my mother is there shouting at me, calling me stupid and stuff :( she's like "don't do that, don't do this" so I gave up and just sat there, watched her do all those stuff!

I'll go :"maa! that's not how Jamie Oliver does it la" & she said :"because I'm not Jamie Oliver, I'm Mama Oliver" -.-

I was really very surprised by how much butter goes into baking! butter and sugar! I'm officially afraid of eating cakes, any cakes!

so I'm never bothering my mums to bake anymore :) one time is enough, thank you!

Ooh, I gave that banana cake to the TM guys working outside my house! HAHA. thankfully they didn't ring the doorbell and ask to use the bathroom :p

well today, went out with mums :) we didn't get the fully day of shopping we promised each other so we had another go today! went to the hawkers for brunch! everything was so appetising! I wanted everything :))!

prawn mee. lam mee. chee cheong fun. chow kuay teow. curry laksa. tom yam. hokkien mee. ipoh hor fun. yummy yummy my tummy! HAHA I wanted everythiing :D

stopped by her office to get everything settled first before starting our shopping spree 2.0!

yes, notebooks from Daiso! heh it's cheaper than popular or any other bookstores! its not cheap, but it's cheaper! haha. and I like the lines!

I browsed at Borders for awhile and saw this two books!

Mini Shopaholic!

AHH. I had no idea that Sophie Kinsella was even writing another Shopaholic series book after Shopaholic and Baby! so I was genuinely surprised to see her book on the new release stand. I'm definitely getting it, hell yeah baby :)! -her next title "Teenage Shopaholic" :P

I'll wait for the paperback size that I want! that sized one is quite pricey :( it's nice and all but I've gots to be reasonable, right right? ;p

Nicholas Sparks new book just came out too. I'm not too excited about that because there's still a few more of his old classics that I've yet to check out! I'll have his collection of books joining my collections of books in no time ;P

I should really take up a part time job at some bookstore, really!

speaking of Nick Sparks, I finally saw the original cover for his Nights In Rodanthe book! usually it's the movie cover everywhere! its so pretty, the original cover!

You know I hate it when the movie comes out and the original cover books are lifted from the shelves! I'm just saying some people -like me wants to have the original cover book!

anyways, enough of books! some of you might think books are boring ;)

Had a mother daughter bonding shopping spree day ;)

I know my mums missed me so much this days because I'm never home! that's a change! haha. she keeps calling and asking me to come home soon and stuff.

so yesterday, I decided to take her out! heh.

we were having fun but our fun got cut short when my mums was needed back in the office -.- spoiled everything only!

so we rushed back to her office, but before that, I managed to get my hands on 3 amazing books :))!

I saw the Mitch Albom book on the stands and knew I've gots to get it! The first two books of his that I read had an impact on me. I'm sure I'll enjoy reading this one.

now I've got to get For One More Day book.

also got The Last Song :) I can't wait any longer for the normal cover! screw it ;p it was totally meant to be when I saw the 50% for the 2nd book sticker! must be my lucky day! haha.

anyhoo. I had a fun half day :) though I didn't get what I went there to get, I got the books I wanted but didn't went there to get, I'm a happy girl for that :)

Came home, did some arts and craft before calling it a day! I really don't remember all my subject's names and which set of homeworks is for which class! it's still early! but I'll get it eventually

in the meantime, to get me remembering which sets of papers are from which class..

me degree program has officially started! I've survived hell week. I called it hell week because I had to readjust my timing entirely from being a lazy ass to a must go to class bright and early dork! & let me tell you, it's not all that easy and simple!

I really REALLY don't like my schedule! let's see, I have two days which ends before 7 and 3 days of back to back to back classes! WITHOUT breaks in between those classes! it's insane right? I mean, really!? what are we? degree robots?!

but seriously, there's no break in between classes! it's one class after another, from 9AM till 6PM!

anyways apart from that, I really REALLY hate the fact that I have economics as one of my subjects! PLUS, the lecturer was my first semester foundation lecturer that gave me a bloody C- that ruined my whole CGPA thingy! -.-

did I mention I really hate econs?!

apart apart from that, Angeline transferred out of my class :( she wanted the 'fast and easy' route :p no, seriously!

apart apart apart from all of that, I had a really fun, exciting, friendly first week. I got to know almost everyone in class, all 20 or so of them! so darn little people!

I feel extremely naked in class because the lecturer person can see everything! there's not many people sitting in front to block their view! I pass notes also she can see -.-

#1 - get my butt to class everyday! (HAHAHAHA I'm laughing too!)
#2 - be a complete dork and geek and get results I'm proud to see
#3 - get to know everyone in class because seriously, we're stuck together for another 2 years!
#4 - make less noise in class, and laugh a little softer
#5 - did I mention attending every classes? I have to remind myself again ;p

iSeries - One Tree Hill.

Been watching one tree hill for the past week now :) I'm watching it backwards though. haha so it's kinda weird first watching season 7 then season 4. knowing what's going to happen to them 7 years later feels sweet and different.

anyways. I don't know why it's been stop and go with my blogging :s How long has it been since my last blog post? that long! haha. most probably because I'm not sitting in front of my computer as often anymore therefore the urge to move my fingertips is minimal :P

Usually I'll blog because I have itchy hands or because there's something I wanted to share. but lately I've been rambling everything on Twitter! However, I think blogging is still the best way to share my thought because maybe in a year or two I myself get to remember what happened. how I felt and so on :)

let's see if I can recap what happened the days after my last blog post.

Well there's Merdeka Day. I didn't hear any fireworks or any big shindigs happening. I was already in bed when the clock stroked 12! Happy Merdeka Day :D hahaa I said to myself, obviously.

I was quite happy and satisfied that day because I went out and bought Bones DVD season 1 & 2 :DD! woo. I'm an addict, I have to admit! I'm addicted to tv series. they really are my drug and gateway to hell :P

Ooh me and mums also stopped for Baskin Robbins :) seriously one quartz is just not enough, at all! went to my Aunts for dinner, nothing special!

the fish stuck its' tongue out at me, so I ate it all :D

Spent the next few days watching Bones, Bones and more Bones! heh. oh happy days!

hmm my mothers' friend moved in next door. It must be fun having a friend as your neighbour too! my mums is never home when she's home! get it? she's always next door every time she comes home. tsk!

Didn't have my internet connection from 4th Sept till 8th! it was torture not being able to go online. but thank gosh I could still tweet and use the internet from my phone! and thank gosh my mother haven't change my phone plan :))! unlimited access is sweet!

that's soon gonna change! I don't want my mother paying so much on my phone bill when I can hardly finish up RM 30 every month! yes I'm very conservative :D

so, day 2 of not having any internet connection, I decided to give Streamyx a call and every time I call them, I feel like I'm talking to a dumber Garcia (from Criminal Minds) I always wonder what they're doing while talking to us.

I called them a couple of times I think cause they couldn't solve my problem and they don't know what's wrong too. there's this one girl technician that was no help at all, asked if I could rate her -.- if I could give a 0, I would. and I kinda did ;p

it's so stupid to ask if she was helpful when she couldn't even solve my problems! They said they needed 48-72 hours to resolve my problem! my buttocks!

the technician called the next day and told me he'll come to take a look. ohuh! I don't like the sound of that cause he'll change this and that and I'm one that don't like changes! in the end he couldn't help too. he said it was my modem problem and asked for a change.

miracle happened when another technician called me in the evening to check up on things, he told me the sweetest words possible that day :P he said my internet came back on! AHH I loved him! haha.

some days I take my internet connection
for granted. thinking that it'll be there always,
but some times it needs a little vacation time.
and I'll always miss it, & want it back badly!

so here's the thing, I got infected with the Monopoly bug a few weeks back! all I could think about and speak about and dream about was Monopoly! haha. I'm being very serious, as a heart attack!

thank gosh I had a younger cousin :) that will play anything with me!

hey! despite my age, I am still the second youngest in this family :D

I really had the monopoly bug, I played 4 games in a day! I think in total we played 9 times in 3 days! haha. I couldn't help it

you know Sunway Giza is actually a very cooling place to hang out. in my opinion, it's the only great spot to be sitting indoors but feels like we're outdoor! they should really have more place like that!

I don't know about you but I could still remember the feeling I had or what I was doing the day I first heard the songs I love. I had a few moments in my life where certain songs are associated with it.

What's my most favourite song ever? I can't answer you there because its impossible to choose just one song to love!
