It feels like a long time since I went and came back from Penang. I'm having a little memory problem because I can't seem to remember which day or when I went.

&& I've been playing too much Plants Vs. Zombie so the words I'm typing out feels like its swaying side to side just like the plants are in that game!

so much has happened, so much until I can't remember what. all I know is that I had an amazing year end. the 4 months leading up to the end of the year was one of the greatest.

anyways, soso my Penang trip! I've realised something major when I was there, at my favourite island ever. It wasn't so much that it was Penang, it was more the company I was with at Penang that made up my childhood.

The trip there this time around felt different more ways than one. & I realised it wasn't the place I longed to go back to, it was who I was with there last time. I've always went to Penang with my family, the whole family and now it was just me.

I was so stoked to go there at first, but while I was there, something was missing. it feels weird, and definitely not fun. Penang wasn't Penang without Uncle Gordon and Jessica :(

but ohwells.

left the house quite early! I love road trips, I love waking up super early to get out of town :))! on the road for a few hours before we stopped at Bidor for a quick breakfast. food sucked!

the other half of the journey I was on Facebook chatting up with my uni friends. (thank gosh I have Twitter & Facebook in my hands all the time :))) ) they're from everywhere, so I was updating them that I was in their town when I passed by their towns! its so much fun. and I'm glad I knew where they were from :)

made another stop at Taiping to drop off a few stuffs at my grandparents house before continuing the road tripp!

HELLOOO Penang :)) I was so happy when I was on the Penang bridge! it brought back old memories. those memories kept flowing every time I went down the road I'm familiar with.

First stop was to have late breakfast at the corner shop that sells cendol and asam laksa :))! man, there's so many people there! aren't they sick of Penang food ;pp

checked into our crappy hotel rooms. I really didn't like it at first because it wasn't like a hotel room. it's true, I'm a spoiled hotel room brat!

Most of the hotels I've stayed in my entire life when I was at Penang was either Park Royal, Mutiara, Rasa Sayang, Shangri-La or the other Batu Ferringi hotels :p & I've been staying at Shangri-La ever since I could remember sleeping in a hotel room!

went up to Batu Ferringi :))) I still remember the way upp! went there initially to go DVD shopping but I couldn't even spot one stall of CD seller! bummer. my only mission in Penang was to buy a whole shop load of DVDs :(

Since we were there, we decided to go visit Park Royal cause I told my mums I wanted to know if KoKoNut Klub was still up and running. & it was! it felt like time stood still there!

Didn't actually have a nice Christmas eve nor a Christmas day. It's just not the same when me siblings aren't here with me.

I had great days leading up to Christmas though, that counts for something :)

I can't believe its year end. its just too fast. it felt fast! I was reading my Christmas blog post from last year, and I could remember the day! its unbelievable that its been a year already!

insane! mind blowing!

anyways, went back to Pavilion yesterday for xmas eve. it wasn't the same as the last time I was there. it was more exciting the last time! its either because it was with the company of KY or because I had heaps of shopping to do.

I think its the shopping :p

this time, I couldn't wait to just have dinner and leave!
hmm, my shopping spree bug is gone :)) I have not spend any money since Thursday!

so, I came home just in time for Bones! after that I went to bed before 11PM. yes I was sound asleep while you guys were counting down the seconds. haha. I surely slept early. old lady.

& then came today!
MERRY CHRISTMAS Y'ALL!

woke up super early, read me book then I fell back asleep :p

woke up again, synced me tunes into me iPod, packed & that was pretty much my crappy christmas day. nothing productive.

Gave Zephyr his Christmas present! he's one lucky dog, luckier than Coffee cause he gets gifts for his birthday, for christmas, for being charming! there ain't treats for Coffee's birthday cause I don't know when it is :p

I'm such a good girl today :)) and yesterday, kinda! I promised not to go out anymore and spend. so this two days I've been catching up on my spring cleaning and arranging + keeping all my notes. idk why instead of throwing it out, I keep it. I've been keeping all my notes since Foundation.

I found a small superr duperr old Canon printer that doesn't look like a printer in one of the cupboards and the battery oil water thingy was spilling out! imagine how long it was there! like the 6 years I've moved into my brothers room + the time he was here! that's a looooong time.

what else did I do. hmm. Ooh mama gave me a set of boxes to put my necklaces, rearranged the stuff on my 'tree', organized my DVD box sets and downloaded apps into my Apple. that's about it.

and I'm done! its nice to clean my room once awhile. it reminds me where I place my stuffs.

It feels so different now staying home than to go out :p the day seems to pass faster when I'm out. how ever weird I'm feeling, I promised myself not to go out anymore! until at least after Christmas.

I've spent sooo much in just 5 days! I've spent around RM 700 above in 5 days! how the hell I spent so much is beyond me! obviously I didn't know at the time, until I came home and made a list of what I've gotten.

WOWZA! I thought I pressed the wrong numbers! I had to take a double-take! its crazy.

NO MORE SHOPPING! NO MORE SPENDING!

I've blew through 2 & 1/2 months of my allowance. good job -.-

oh wells ;))! I have NO post-purchase cognitive dissonance! (lol this is how I learn! even though classes are over, I'm still applying what I've learned from Marketing & Consumer Behavior to my daily life ;p) I love everything I've gotten. and I'm a happy girl this December. happy days!

I woke up at 7 am then went back to sleep until 9.30. got ready in a jiffy, sent KY back to campus to drop her things then dropped her off at One Utama before meeting up with Elyza for lunch.

why in gosh name is there so many people at Ikea during a Monday? work parents, work!

had lunch, chat, walked around until she had to leave. after that I walked around some more, deciding which books I should get, Mini Shopaholic or the set of Lauren Weisberger 'shoe' books. I definitely want to get both, but I couldn't at that time.

so I chose one and hopefully I can get the other one STASAP.

waited for Rachel then we went for a movie :))!

during the movie, the screen blacked out! my very first encounter! When Clu said "hie Sam.." blank! haha.

had dinner before I came home and crashed.
it feels so good crashing into my bed after a long day! going to sleep was breezy and easy :)

every time I go Cold Storage, I always asked mums if I could get those candy canes, cause I was craving for em. and every time she'll say no. no this no that. but that other day, she curi-curi bought a box for me!

Went to KL on Saturday. I don't like going down to KL on a weekend because there's super many people there, but surprisingly there weren't as many people as I expected. Took KY to Sungai Wang.

lol. it was the blind leading the blind ;p but we managed to find our way! after almost 4 hours shopping around there, we went over to Pavilion to join my mother. my feet was hurting by then and it was only 5PM plus.

shopped, shopped and then shopped some more. we went around looking for my Christmas gift from mums. I told her I wanted perfume and a book! and that's what I got :))

after smelling soooo many types of perfumes, until my nose couldn't tell the differences, it was down to 3 choices. mums made the final decision and got me the DKNY green apple perfume ♥

after more time has passed, we found a great spot to rest our feet. a spot you won't expect us to hang out for long! surprisingly it was a very nice spot :p

anyways, after we got everything we wanted, we went for dinner at The Loaf. dude oh dude! the food there is mind boggling! it'll blow your socks off! it's so super delicious! yums.

came home, unpacked then I was off to bed! KY was doing her stuff. she's surprised by how early I sleep every night. I told her before but she didn't believed it until she saw herself ;p

Loving me holidays! it's only been 2 days now and I'm having lots of fun with the company of KY :) she's gonna stay with me until she goes back to Teluk Intan.

Loved the second I walked out of the examination hall. chit-chat at the corridor for almost an hour before saying our goodbyes then a bunch of us went for a game of bowling :))! I was so super excited.

I haven't bowl since foreverr. so it was fun & I definitely had a good time! I lost my voice shouting and stuff.

though I hate it when my ball goes into the gutter! it always for some reason goes into the gutter the first time and then on the second time, only 1 or 2 pins left standing -.- so frustrating. && when I bowl for other people, I can get strike but when I bowl for myself cannot. tsk

we played for almost two to three hours then I bailed home. came home and sleep before going for dinner at Sushi King, Solaris!

dude, that place is freaky! there was nobody there when KY and I entered. thought it was closed. we were their only VIPs :p

Thank gosh for my brother! he is seriously a God sent! he took the time and patients to guide me through everything. I had so many obstacle while jail breaking and restoring and unlocking it. but nothing could stop my brother!

3 days, 2 & 1/2 hours time difference and 62 emails later, my Apple baby is alive :))! and the ++ up side is that I had all my original data installed! everything was just as it was. except for those apps but its alright.

just wanted to blog about the week before hell week. the pre-hell week! it was hell too but not as deep as hell. & hear me on when I say hell, I don't mean literal hell. I won't know what hell is or isn't but when I say hell, I meant personal torture chambers for myself.

I did nothing but sleep, study, wrote notes and went to class, routinely! the only time I got to get out of the house and breathe some fresh air was when I had to leave for classes. that's it.

well and that one day we went for dinner at some steamboat place opposite Sunway Pyramid for Nadiah's birthday with Ms. Jamuna, me IT lecturer.

it was kinda fun. after class, 3 cars went bumper to bumper to Sunway! thank gosh I didn't have to drive! I refuse to drive during peak hours! you crazzyy :p

alright, lots to tell. well not really but I'll just write it anyways because its my pleasure writing, idk if its a pleasure reading but its still a pleasure writing and keep me brain juice flowing after an intense week of exam hell.

Speaking of exams, let's review! you know, at first when I realised that the real exams only carries 50% of the marks, I was like whaatt! how can the finals be only 50%! today, I take it all back and I'm grateful for that arrangement because if it carries 70%, I'll be having to retake all the papers again!

You'll think that even though our batch is the experimental pig batch, -first batch of their newly designed course that they'll take it easy on us and give his easy questions to ace all papers to look good to them... that's so not the case.

anyways, I'm just happy and grateful that I passed all -not all! damn you econss! of my papers even before I sat for my finals.

Innovative Skills - 46/50 :DD I still don't know how I got so high!

during the paper, I kept counting how much marks I needed to get a distinction! my paper was kinda filled with numbers :p

anyways. I'm glad it's over! I'm pretty sure I tanked most of the paper! especially economics and consumer behavior! whateverr, 1 finals down, 8 more to go!

my handwriting changed after having wrote in total of 18 two page long essays for finals! thank gosh we could use point forms for IT.
