Hi everybody!
I'm just sat here in my living room, having The Script filled up the room with their new album, No Sound without Silence - which is a good album might I add.
I'm sat here, after hours of replying to Facebook queries and personal message, which sometimes I hate doing on a weekend but its the only time I can dedicate a few undivided attention to answer them. They infuriate me sometimes and I really feel like saying what I really feel but that's not good customer service huh.
Anyways, after hours of that, I feel my brain juice flowing and I needed an outlet. So I came to my blog.
Again, Hi guys :D
The last I left you with was 2nd june 2012. That was 3 years ago! Let me recap everything that happened in the last 3 years in less than 1,000 words.
Let's get started..
Well I graduated university, I "interned" for a little while with a PR firm, mostly dealing with investment relations. It was quite an experience, I got to be in a room with very important business people and it was sometimes very intimidating. It's also a very stressful job to have, with high expectation from clients. When they want some things, it is usually within a day, thus it will be very busy.
We held most of the events in hotel which was an upside because I absolutely love hotels! But i didn't particularly enjoy the early morning calls and late midnight oil.
In the mist of that internship, I was still in university. The burden got heavy and I couldn't cope with both demanding side. Therefore I quit my internship shortly after.
I loved it though, I got to express myself with press release and made friends with a few media person and partake in a few events.
After that short period of my working life, I dove back into university and absolutely enjoyed my time with the bunch of monkey friends I had there. We made the most out of our last semester, going on road trips and adventures.
Time flew by and I was taking my last examination paper, ever!
I then flew to Perth for a few weeks, almost a month. Just enjoying life. Whilst there, I started looking for jobs, creating a resume using Sam's template and opening an account with Jobstreet.
I remember only applying for 2 jobs - Nuffnang and L'OCCITANE.
I wasn't too familiar with L'OCCITANE back then but I remembered it once when Lauren went in. - I got a call from them 3 days after and went in for my interview, and I remember waiting for an hour and a half for Sarah, my now manager to interview me.
To be frank, I didn't actually want the job at first, thinking I would be more suited at Nuffnang. But that idea shifted rather quickly after my interview with Nuffnang. I knew I wouldn't last a month after that, so I cancelled my second interview with them after L'OCCITANE gave me a call back 3 days later.
It was a rather short process of finding a job. I was lucky.
So, i started with L'OCCITANE 16th October 2013 and there I still am. I absolutely love my job but sometimes the pressure gets to me. However, all that stress outweighs the friendship I made, the bond I have with my colleagues and the more than comfortable working environment.
I can't see myself anywhere else for my first job, and I don't see myself leaving anytime soon, maybe.
So that's my 3 years roll into a blogpost. I have been super busy with work, getting use to work as my present and future, getting stuck in morning and evening jam, having a 9-6 working hour from Monday to Friday.
I am an adult now. That's hard to believe especially from where I left off from my last post.
An introductory post will be needed for the new faces in my life. But I think that will be best for my next post. A motivational incentive for my next post. Hopefully it won't take another 3 years.
Till then, peace out.
Jeanette xx

so come on spin me around and I don't want to go home
iTunes - Olly Murs
I just discovered him yesterday! or the day before, can't remember! His song Heart Skips A Beat is amazing! especially his acoustic version. Every song sounds better acoustically. why is that?
Let's continue my australian holiday story, shall we?
Jess decided to buy luggage for our flight back to Perth because of begs were getting a tad to heavy for carry on :p (what the hell did I meant when I typed that out?! what I ACTUALLY WANTED TO SAY WAS.. because OUR BAGS were getting a TAD TOO heavy! spaz -.-) we also had to buy a spare duffle bag to put our stuff.
Jess asked Sam to come with an empty bag but instead he brought so many things, got sounded by Jess. Poor Sam :p
After our visit to the aquarium, we went for a round of glow in the dark miniature golf! IT WAS HELL FUN.
Hey, I was pretty good in Wii golf, so I thought I would kick ass in miniature golf! but my brother kicked my ass! I was the first loser though :p HAHA.
the course is pretty amazing. and it all came with different challenges, there's uphill, there's snake pits, there's over the wall, etc.
After that we had dinner at some Korean Place. I didn't expect to like it because I'm not a fan of Korean food. I don't like those fatty beef strips and ox tongue and those kimchi thingies.
BUT surprisingly it was amazzzinng! we ordered about 9 dishes but then my brother, Lauren and Jess - the bottomless pits decided to order another 7 of the same dishes because they weren't full 0.0
I've noticed that both Lauren and Jackson can eat HELL LOTS! everyone knows Jess can eat but Lauren and Jack surprised me with the amount they eat!
Last day we split up. Jack and Lauren went to go get branded stuff while Jess, Sam and I went to DFO. or GFO? I don't remember. I cannot remember place names properly! it takes awhile for me to get it correctly :p
didn't get anything much :(
Oh, first day for lunch, we went to the fancy pancy Bistro Vue!
THE FOOD WAS AMAZING!

it's like I'm finally awake & you're just a beautiful mistake

YES! I'm back! I've the determination to write out this post :) I reckon it'll be interesting, or maybe not.
I'm finding it interesting because I love going to places like these. and these places I'm talking about are aquariums! I don't know why am I such a weirdo, but I find em fascinating!
I actually wanted to be a marine biologist when I was younger. no joke. or a zoologist. Trust me, animals are smarter than human! Some humans are just a waste of space on earth.
not trying to be mean, but think about it. some people are just heartless and idiotic!
back to topic! Went to Melbourne with Jess, Jack and Lauren for the weekend :) surprisingly when we got there for those 3 days, it did not rain one bit! Heard it's been raining before and now after our trip! thankk you Mother Nature!
Sam caught up with us in Melbourne as well. I didn't really like Melbourne! it's just too crowded. everywhere you go, there's a bunch of other people. Unlike Perth or Adelaide where we had our own space, not people rubbing shoulders with us.
AND, I didn't like having to walk everywhere! I still had to walk couple of blocks just to take the tram :( I didn't like that part. HAHA. Now all I remember about Melbourne is having to walk, walk, walk, walk, walk!
Anyways, this blog post is all about my time in the Melbourne Aquarium :) I've to admit, I like Hillary's Aquarium in Perth more. BUT, Melbourne's has penguins!!
THEY ARE ADORABLE! I want to pat one so badly! I want a pet penguin please :)! fo reals!
I LOVE HARRY STYLES! obviously :p

They'll pose for you, which is quite funny
I saw em poo! it was hilarious.
The poo just flies out of their A hole! I kid you not! LOL. it FLIES OUT
Jack & Lauren sitting in for a lecture! HAHA
Sam's picture taking skills. LOL
I got to hug penguins but it wasn't what I really wanted!
I wanted to get one but it says Melbourne Aquarium on their bellies. not naise :(
I LOVED THAT ONE!
but it's just too pricey! They do know how to make money -.-
That's about it :) I liked that they have like big viewing glass. like you're inside an ocean feeling. But there's just not much else, which was a little disappointing.
After the visit, we went to Docklands for a round of Black Light Mini Golf! which was hell fun :))! I would go back and play again! but that would be in another post :)
so till then! Don't laugh while drinking now!

I'm out of touch, I'm out of love, I'll pick you up when you're getting down
iTunes - Ed Sheeran
A Team and Lego House is always replaying in my head! especially when I'm asleep. how is that possible? you have no idea!
okaay. I haven't been updating my blog since January, and GOOSH! the whole Blogger template changed. I'm not even sure if I'm typing this out at the right place. Seriously!
I've no idea why I stopped blogging. its probably because of my laziness syndrome. Sometime it just doesn't let me get the job done :p
anyways, I'm back! hopefully to stay. we'll see. Just got back from Perth, again. I miss it so much! I cried when I landed and got back home. I guess I just wasn't ready to be home. I've been having the best time there, reuniting with Jackson and Lauren, going places together, having delicious food and just having a good sibling time!
and of course, I miss the weather the most! it's so beautiful. Its cold and windy and everything I like! I miss THAT the most.
Here's the break down - I went to Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne then back to Perth! enough words, it's time for pictures!
If you've been following me on Instagram, then sorry, not much new pictures here. AND be prepared to be bombarded with pictures of my silly face! TOO BAD. hahaa
this may take a minute because I don't remember how to post them pictures :s hey! plus this is all new to me (sort of, because of the new layout)
oh andd, I'll be posting up pictures from Adelaide only in this post :)! enjoyy

first picture taken in Adelaide @ a Dim Sum restaurant
Jess and I got given Jackson Chung's house rules! we were as shocked as you reading this! HAHA
We made fun of him after that.
"No standing on one place too long, or else you'll leave footprints!"
HAHA! but jokes aside, his house is really super hi-tech! HE HAS EVERYTHING! hey, I thought MacTV was cool until I was aware of Boxee! oh mother, I want one of those please.
anyhoo. we had so much fun! OH AND THE BED! I WANT THE BED TOO!
I really miss Adelaide :(
Jackson and Lauren had planned out all of our dinner plans, so that was awesome! Had different cultural food every night! WOHOO. and the food there don't suck!
OKAY OKAY back to the pictures.
aussie brekkie
the Chung siblings reunited in Adelaide :)
went to Glenelg Beach
Had ice cream while I was there! because what better weather to eat ice cream than in the windy cold?! it has it's perks as it would not melt as fast :p
There's one day where we did not go out in the afternoon, so we stayed home and played Wii the entire day! IT WAS HELL FUN DUDE! I have to say it, I'm pretty good at golf :p who would have thunk it.
we were like kids playing video games the whole day waiting for mummy (Lauren) to get off work so we could go for dinner. Poor Lauren, she had to work from 9-5 everyday.
anyways. here's the best day of my life!
STRAWBERRY PICKING DAYY!
READY, SET, manGO!
eat, eat!
I have to admit, I ate some while picking :p
probably 10 or more! HAHA
the two that made my trip!
this is pretty hilarious!
After trying something NEW TODAYY! we dropped by some German restaurant for lunch. since we were already in a German town called Hahndorf
I was pretty happy & excited :)
my eyes were wide following this platter arrive at our table!
WHAAAT.
oh and, spoiler - Jess and Jack managed to eat em all! mostly Jess! ANNND, Jack ordered a side of fries! I KNOOOW!
oohuuh, accident! where's the body!?
apparently the leg's been there since forever! just coincidently a bike was parked beside it :p
I guess that's all for this post. all in all, I had an absolutely wonderful time in Adelaide and in the company of Jess, Jack and Lauren! I just wish that it was documented, you know. haha.
OOH! last one.
we share the same mind.
I swear, it wasn't intentionally!
